Our Signature Strength classes are part of our Feminine Weight Training programme, designed for women tailored to you.

Our Infrared Mobility sessions are designed to melt away stress and tension, and restore balance to your body.
With our carefully crafted mobility moves, can expect significant reduction in joint pain and better performance in other activities from lifting weights to running, to moving freely in everyday life.

For ultimate relaxation, we offer two yin yoga classes at prime weekly stress points - after a long week (so Friday nights) and Sunday afternoon, when the Sunday scaries may hit.

Absolutely. Found was designed to help women feel safe and supported while working out - no matter what your fitness level or experience. We tailor everything to your body to ensure you won’t get overwhelmed or injured.

Yes, although we do this by understanding and transforming your relationship with food, stress and your body. You won’t get a strict meal plan or have your body measured. Instead, we will work with you during an initial 1:1 consultation and decide the best course of action for you.

How often you train depends on your schedule, goals and resources. Our classes are part of a carefully designed programme so you can do all 4 classes (upper, lower, cardio, full) every week without over working any one muscle group.
You’ll see and feel results from 2 classes per week. However, if you want results more quickly and have the time and energy to dedicate to your fitness, doing all four classes will get you results fastest.

You will be well taken care of no matter what your fitness level. Whether you’ve not trained in a while because of circumstance, or you’re not very sporty in general, your workouts will be tailored to your level so you won’t overdo it.
