  • Absolutely. Our classes have been specifically designed to help you feel safe and supported - no matter what your fitness level or experience. We tailor everything to your body to ensure you won’t get overwhelmed or injured.

  • Yes, we'll teach you how to understand and transform your relationship with food, stress and your body.

    You won’t get a strict meal plan or have your body measured. Instead, we will work with you over the 12 weeks to identify & overcome the habits that derail you.

    Plus, our founder, Nikkita 's specialist area is disordered eating, so if you need extra 1:1 support, it's there.

  • We will cover this is the very first module of The Foundations.

    How often you should train is dependant on your goals, level of commitment, and other constraints like time and money.

    It's important to consider all factors before creating any expectations of yourself.

  • The Foundations is set up so that you get 24 classes to use over 12 weeks. Meaning you can start with 1 class, then more to 2 or 3 as you get fitter.

    Plus, we have a weekly mobility class which you can swap for a strength class, to get your body used to moving again.

    We'll show you how to do this in the very first module.
