Meet Nikkita, our founder—a personal trainer and psychotherapist who’s spent over 18 years helping women feel strong, empowered, and at home in their bodies. Having overcome her own struggles with body image, Nikkita blends science, psychology, and compassion to create FOUND: a sanctuary where every woman can train both mind and body, find community, and leave feeling more like herself.
MEET MICHEALA
Michaela, a former professional dancer, always has a smile on her face and happy vibes to the studio. Her love of lifting heavy things proves that dynamite comes in small packages!
MEET TASH
Tash is an experienced coach with over 14 years in the fitness industry, including owning and running her own gym back in Australia. With a background in competitive CrossFit and endurance training, she’s spent years pushing her body for performance at a high level, causing major health concerns. Now, her approach to training has evolved. She helps women train in a way that serves their body and hormonal health. Building a balance in strength and fitness whilst supporting long-term wellness.
MEET SALLY
Originally from New Zealand, Sally brings positive energy and real-world experience from high-level sport. A former professional rower, love of running and the outdoors, and a genuine passion for women’s health and fitness, Sally will help you feel strong, confident, and capable in your body, no matter where you on are your journey.
