The Method
You do not need to completely exhaust yourself in pursuit of a body you feel confident in. Our classes all follow a specific structure to transform your mind and body without burning out.

Each session starts with giving you a moment to reflect and choose how you want to show up.

After a warm up, we dive into the strength sets. Using heavier barbells + kettlebells. You’ll tone & strengthen your body (& mind!). Plus, they’re tracked in our app so you get to see + feel proud of your progress week on week.

Next up, using a range of kettlebell & body weight moves, we get your heart soaring and metabolism roaring. The secret to lean, strong, fit body!

A dysregulated nervous system is linked to everything from inflammation & physical illness, to overthinking, overeating, overworking and under engaging in our lives. We teach you quick & simple techniques to rewire your brain so you can create inner calm no matter the outer chaos.
Memberships
To get results from strength training, your body needs a consistent signal each week. Choose your rhythm and we'll do the rest.
3 month minimum term. Rolling monthly thereafter.

Absolutely. Found was designed to help women feel safe and supported while working out - no matter what your fitness level or experience. We tailor everything to your body to ensure you won’t get overwhelmed or injured.

Yes, although we do this by understanding and transforming your relationship with food, stress and your body. You won’t get a strict meal plan or have your body measured. Instead, we will work with you during an initial 1:1 consultation and decide the best course of action for you.

You will be well taken care of no matter what your fitness level. Whether you’ve not trained in a while because of circumstance, or you’re not very sporty in general, your workouts will be tailored to your level so you won’t overdo it.

Everything in our studio is designed to help you feel comfortable while you build your confidence. Even our mirrors are sunken in so you won’t be able to see your neighbours and they won’t be able to see you. That way, you get to enjoy the camaraderie of working out in a group, without comparing yourself or your body to anyone else.
