A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Having been a personal trainer to professional women in London since 2008, and later qualifying as a psychotherapist, I know the invisible battles we face: the mental load of having to ‘do it all’, being put off by intense (often grubby) gyms, and the longing to just be told what to do so you can feel at peace in your body and enjoy life.

I created FOUND to combine the best of personal and group training. Our classes are limited to 5 women so you get the personalised guidance, with the connection of like-minded women. It’s your safe space to reconnect with yourself, lift weights in a nourishing way, and (dare I say it), make fitness a simple, effective part of your life you actually enjoy.

Questions? We’ve Got You…

  • Absolutely. Found was designed to help women feel safe and supported while working out - no matter what your fitness level or experience. We tailor everything to your body to ensure you won’t get overwhelmed or injured.

  • When you have a membership, you can book your classes a month in advance to ensure you get the times you want.

    As a small studio, we are also quite flexible and often add classes based on our members requests.

  • How often you workout depends on your schedule, goals and resources.

    If you've not worked out in a while, you can always start on UNO or DUO and build up as you get more confident.

  • Yes, we do. While we don’t promote this as a primary goal, we offer support with diet, lifestyle & mindset. We recommend having an initial 1:1 consultation to go over what suits you best and decide your bespoke course from there.

  • Found was created to help women feel more confident in their body. We adjust everything to your level so you won't feel overwhelmed.

    Whether you’ve not trained in a while, or you’re not very sporty in general, your workouts will be tailored to you and your body.

  • Yes you can, although we recommend getting a class pack that will last you 2 months.
