Our class schedule is a cohesive, personal training programme designed for busy women who want to look good, without wasting their time and sacrificing their joy.

Based on over 14 years of personal training and psychotherapy experience, we’ve carefully constructed classes that get you the physical results you want, without over-stressing your nervous system.

Classes are broken down into 4 specific stages

  • In our mission to help you become who you’re meant to be, we start every class with an intention. A pre-saved moment for you to align your mind with the vision you have for life.

  • After a warm up, we dive into the strength sets. Using heavier barbells + kettlebells, you’ll you tone & strengthen your body (& mind!). Plus, they’re tracked in our app so you get to see + feel proud of your progress week on week.

  • Next up, using a range of kettlebell & body weight moves, we get your heart soaring and metabolism roaring. The secret to lean, long and strong muscles!

  • A dysregulated nervous system is linked to everything from inflammation & physical illness, to overthinking, overeating, overworking and under engaging in our lives. We teach you quick & simple techniques to rewire your brain so you can create inner calm no matter the outer chaos.

Hey! I’m Nikkita, personal trainer, psychotherapist and Founder of FOUND, and I understand the internal struggle so many women experience…

I spent much of my life worrying about my body and when I became a personal trainer in 2008, I realised I wasn’t alone. My clients; brilliant, ambitious, hard-working women seemed to have the same invisible battle going on in their heads too.

The familiar anguish about calories, body size and never feeling good enough. No matter their age or external success, an ever present list of insecurities sucked joy from their lives. 

So, over the course of more than a decade, I went to therapy, studied psychology & counselling, and became a therapist specialising in body image, disordered eating and trauma.

  • Absolutely. Found was designed to help women feel safe and supported while working out - no matter what your fitness level or experience. We tailor everything to your body to ensure you won’t get overwhelmed or injured.

  • Yes, although we do this by understanding and transforming your relationship with food, stress and your body. You won’t get a strict meal plan or have your body measured. Instead, we will work with you during an initial 1:1 consultation and decide the best course of action for you.

  • How often you train depends on your schedule, goals and resources. We have all the details about our classes, membership options and how to choose the right path for you over on our membership page - CLICK HERE for the details

  • You will be well taken care of no matter what your fitness level. Whether you’ve not trained in a while because of circumstance, or you’re not very sporty in general, your workouts will be tailored to your level so you won’t overdo it.

  • You can use our intro offer or The 5 Pack to book classes more flexibly although we recommend being as consistent as possible to reap the benefits of your hard work.

  • Everything in our studio is designed to help you feel comfortable while you build your confidence. Even our mirrors are sunken in so you won’t be able to see your neighbours and they won’t be able to see you. That way, you get to enjoy the camaraderie of working out in a group, without comparing yourself or your body to anyone else.
