At FOUND, our classes are more than just workouts—they’re a carefully structured personal training programme designed exclusively for women, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

WHAT MAKES OUR CLASSES DIFFERENT?

Every session combines three essential pillars:

  • Psychology-Infused Coaching:
    Each class is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, using proven psychological techniques to build confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.

  • Strength Training:
    We use weights to help you strengthen and tone your body, boost your metabolism, improve posture, and increase your performance in other areas. Our approach is progressive and supportive, so you’ll always feel challenged but never overwhelmed.

  • Nervous System Regulation:
    We integrate neuroscience techniques to help regulate your nervous system, combat everyday stress, and leave you feeling calm, centred, and confident.

With a maximum of five women per class, you’ll receive personal attention from expert trainers and the support of a like-minded community.

Every workout is tailored and scalable—whether you’re new to strength training, returning after a break, or looking to build a more sustainable fitness routine.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

  1. Consistency is key: For sustainable results, we recommend a minimum of two classes per week.

  2. Want physical & mental transform? Aim for three or four sessions a week for bigger changes in strength, confidence, and wellbeing.

  3. Reduce decision fatigue: Try to stick with the same class schedule each week to make progress easier and more predictable. Our trainers are always here to help you choose the right classes and support your journey.

  • Absolutely! FOUND is designed to be tailored to women of all different levels of fitness.

  • Yes, we understand that making a commitment to a programme before trying can feel daunting. Once you join the waitlist, we’ll send you a link to our 2 class pack.

  • If you already feel comfortable lifting weights and don’t need to much additional support with your nutrition, mobility and mindset, you can contact us directly and we’ll go over which membership best suits you.
