Signature Strength
Small‑group weight training classes designed for the female body, tailored to you. Perfect if you're new to lifting weights or want a more holistic, results driven approach to your training that will transform your mind, body and nervous system.
Infrared Mobility
Red‑light infused mobility classes focused on melting neck & shoulder tension, opening up your hips and freeing your back so you can move with ease... plus you get all the benefits of Red-Light Therapy - faster recovery, deeper sleep and healthier‑looking skin.
Hybrid
Full‑body conditioning combined with infrared mobility. Tone your body, improve your cardio, and melt away tension in tight areas. Perfect if you're short on time, have an inconsistent schedule and want fast results in the most nourishing way.

With a maximum of five women per class, you’ll receive personal attention from expert trainers and the support of a like-minded community.
Every workout is tailored and scalable—whether you’re new to strength training, returning after a break, or looking to build a more sustainable fitness routine.
Working out at FOUND has completely changed my outlook on fitness. Before joining, I only ever did cardio. Now I feel stronger and have learnt there are other ways to build my fitness at a lower intensity.

Yes, we understand that making a commitment to a programme before trying can feel daunting. Once you join the waitlist, we’ll send you a link to our 2 class pack.

If you already feel comfortable lifting weights and don’t need to much additional support with your nutrition, mobility and mindset, you can contact us directly and we’ll go over which membership best suits you.
