Eight weeks of progressive, purposeful training, twice per week.
Maximum five women per session.
Specific nutritional guidance aligned with your goals.
On-the-go stress management tools so you finally feel in control.
Week 1–4 — Rebuild : your fitness routine, your habits, your nutrition.
Week 5–8 — Rise : start seeing & feeling the results. More energy, more confidence, more trust in the process.

FAQ’s
When does it start? A new programme start on the first week of every month.
How many sessions per week? Two. 50 minutes each.
I'm a complete beginner — is this for me? Yes. Every session is scaled to your level.
What if I miss a session? We have a 12 hours cancellation policy, so as long as you cancel within that window, you can use your session.
Is nutrition included? Yes. The FOUND nutrition guide is included with both tiers.
