Absolutely! You can pause your membership for a maximum of 2 months in a 12 month period.
Just get in touch and we’ll help you pause or adjust your membership as needed.

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your class within 12 hours of the class start time, a class will be deducted from your membership.
If you’re on our unlimited membership, you’ll be charged a £12 fee for late cancels and no-shows.

Alongside our classes, we offer a monthly nutrition workshop to support your healthy habits outside the studio. If you’d like more personalised guidance, you can also book 1:1 nutrition support tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

Even our mirrors are sunken in so you won’t be able to see your neighbours and they won’t be able to see you. That way, you get to enjoy the camaraderie of working out in a group, without comparing yourself or your body to anyone else.
