OUR CLASS SCHEDULE

While we recommend you stick with the same classes each week, you have the choice to change up until 12 hours before.

* As we’re a small studio, we often adjust our class schedule to suit our members. If you would love to join us but don’t see a class time that suits you, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Hi, I’m Nikkita—psychotherapist, personal trainer & the purpose driven founder of FOUND.

I created Confidence Lifted to offer what’s missing everywhere else: female focussed fitness that combines the best of results driven, curated personal training, and soul-nourishing connection of community, and simple science-based education with beautiful design, in private studio that feels like a spa.

For too long, fitness has been focussed on changing how we look, instead of how we feel. The FOUND approach flips that on it’s head–we focus on how you feel first, and trust that when you’re guided by your own body, you’ll inevitably get the best results.

FAQ’s

  • I’m a total beginner—can I join?
    YES. Every class is tailored to you and your body. We start where you’re at & progress at your pace.

  • What if I can’t make a class?
    No stress! Life happens. You can book into another class as long as it’s out of our 12 hour cancellation window.

  • Will I get bulky?
    Nope. Our programme is designed to improve your strength and posture—not size. Our members will tell you themselves.

  • What happens after the 8 weeks?
    Once you finish this programme, you’ll get a special discount on our memberships for ongoing training, support, & community.

  • I’ve lifted weights before, do I really need to do this programme?
    Confidence Lifted isn’t a prerequisite for joining FOUND, however we do recommend it to ensure you feel supported in your first few weeks with us. That being said, if you’d like to jump ahead and join one of our memberships,
    you can do so here.

  • I would like to see the studio before signing up, is that possible?
    Absolutely. You can either do our 2 class intro offer, or book a Studio Tour.
