What is your cancellation policy for classes?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for classes. You will be deducted the class credit if you cancel within the late cancellation window or do not show up for class - no exceptions. As we are a small business/studio, it is not sustainable for us to credit back classes if you fail to make class.

What is your cancellation policy for therapy, personal training and other 1:1 services?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private services including therapy and personal training. You will be deducted an appointment credit if you cancel within the late cancellation window or do not show up for your appointment - no exceptions.

How do memberships work?

You can buy a membership at any point during the month and will be charged pro-rata. Memberships renew on the 26th/27th of each month and you’ll have access to, and be able to book all your monthly classes from then on. Sessions do not carry over from month to month. If you find it difficult to attend the sessions allocated to your membership, we can downgrade your membership, and if you find you use all your sessions and need extra sessions before your renewal, we have a Top Up class option for current members. Alternatively, you can purchase a 5 pack which has a 2 month expiry. Please email us if you require either option.

How long do I have to commit to a membership?

At the time of writing, we do not require members to commit to a fixed term, should this change, we will inform all members beforehand.


Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership. Please note, your membership will unfreeze with the same amount of sessions as were present at the time of freezing and will still renew on the 26th/27th of the month. We ask that you keep membership freezing to a maximum of 3 months per 12 months.

How does the waitlist work?

If you are on the waitlist, you will be automatically added if a space becomes available - please check emails or you’ll receive a text with booking confirmation if you are added to the class. We have a cut off of 1 hour, so if you’ve not been added to class up until 1 hour before class, you won’t be added.


What is your late-comers policy?

Please aim to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class to get settled in and unwind on your mat as we do start on time and lock the front door 1 minute before class! If the door is locked, you’re too late and won’t be let into class. Please refrain from abusing our lovely team if you are late for class and can’t join.

Please also stay for the entire length of class if you do join us.


What do I need to know if I use ClassPass?

In order to maintain the highest standards for our members, we are no longer on ClassPass as of March 2025.


What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable, sweat wicking sports clothes, along with a supportive bra. We do provide mats and stock water, however you’re welcome to bring your own.

Other need-to-knows

Studio capacity is 5 and all students need to book online before class.

Booking closes 10 minutes prior to class and we don’t allow walk-ins.

You’ll find space to store your shoes and belongings in your own individual locker next to your space.

You’ll be provided with water and a small hand towel at every class, so no need to bring your own.

We do not have a changing room so please ensure you’re changed and ready when you arrive.

We supply mats or you are welcome to bring your own.

The studio is always locked during classes to ensure no others can enter the space during class.

We clean and sanitise high touch points in the studio before and after every class and deep-clean 2 times a week.

We ask students to wipe down their mirrors after class.

Please do not practice at the studio if you are feeling unwell or have anyone at home that’s unwell.

Please note that any lost property is not something we are responsible for and if not collected in 7 days, will be disposed of.
