A Note From Your Teacher

Hi, I’m Nikkita, psychotherapist, personal trainer, and founder of FOUND. To say I’m passionate about helping women reach their full potential in this one and only life of ours is an understatement.

I’ve dedicated the last 17 years to helping women build confidence, strength, and self-belief through holistic (& realistic!) self care and making fitness a joyful, empowering part of their lives, no matter how busy or uncertain they feel.

Nikkita’s honesty about her own challenges that she has faced put me at ease straight away! I could be really honest with where I was at and what I wanted to achieve without feeling judged. Although I was worried that I wouldn’t be good enough or fit enough to start personal training, Nikkita helped me to get out of a rut and I haven’t looked back.

  • No experience needed—this workshop is designed for complete beginners and women who want to feel confident lifting weights from day one.

  • Yes! Every move is tailored to your level, and you can go entirely at your own pace in a supportive, judgement-free space.

    Plus, we won’t be going over anything strenuous in this workshop.

  • Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided.

  • Workshops are limited to 8 women, so you’ll get plenty of personal attention and support.
